In light of this truth, and as an act of love for those who will go beyond me, please find my end-of-life wishes below. I've thoughtfully considered what reflects my truest nature, beliefs, and hopes, as well as the environmental implications of my choices. While I understand that all of what I envision may not be possible, I would love if the following were included or attempted when I die. I hope this clarity will help to carry out my end-of-life wishes with unity and joy, knowing these things are important to me, and things I held so dear.
